    We are a research and consultancy agency and we support organizations providing insight in the current and desired performance of their employees: the Performance Analytics. We are experienced in Predictive Learning Analytics to create insight for organizations before, during and after their change and learning programs. We do this by applying worlds most used HR and learning evaluation and measurement system: The ROI Methodology™.

    Since the beginning of 2013 we have become the European partner of the ROI Institute (Birmingham, U.S.A.). This partnership converges with a growing interest and need to prove and establish the value of HR and learning within organizations.

    ROI pyramid of Learning & Performing

    We use the Pyramid of Learning and Performing to map out the effect of HR and  learning programs on employees, teams and organizations. This tool (pyramid) shows the 3 levels of learning measurement as set out by Donald Kirkpatrick enriched with the additional levels 4 and 5 of Impact and ROI as developed by Jack Phillips. On each level we have a tested set of surveys, effective portfolio of reports by deploying our advanced online measuring instruments.

    The effect of learning and performing

    In our rapidly changing world there is also an increasing tendency to be more critical about the impact of HR learning on performance: do our training and development programs contribute to personal development? Do they contribute to the effectiveness of the organization? What is the actual (financial) yield or output? All these questions suggest that there are more than enough reasons to want to measure the effect of learning and development activities.

    We support organizations in their learning and change process and help them to get insight in the effect of learning. We use the V-model to draw up an evaluation plan with our clients. On each level we ask what do you want to measure, report and why?
